The big issue is the one you brilliantly cover here, the feebleness of the main news networks. By kowtowing over DEI they’ve empowered a bully who’ll now go on to make more ludicrous demands. The question is what fills the gap. Chris, Jim, Steve Schmidt … they’re great but it’s all so fragmented.
This is bleak. I keep saying this: The media chaos will affect the book publishing ecosystem. I don't think I'm wrong about that.
